Tae Bo Amped
Tae Bo has been about for many years. In the 80s, Billy Blanks, a previous Tae Kwan Do kung fu skills champ brought together his martial art coaching and boxing to make the groundbreaking workout that's still a phenomenon twenty years after. The workout continues to develop to promote fitness in all sizes and styles of folks. Folks who have followed Tae Bo since the start are still getting their cash's worth from the workout. Not only does the kickboxing portion ramp up the heart beat rate, but the kicks and punches also create muscle and burn calories. It's a total body workout that's acceptable for men, girls, old and young. Tae Bo videos and DVDs are retailed in major stores all over the country and online. The workouts start with a heat up and a stretch which is vital to any workout. Beginning workouts demonstrate the moves in slow motion and then in time with the music so that everybody can become used to moving their body in these ways. More sophisticated workouts follow when you master the start videos. Thru each workout, Billy Blanks performs the moves with the class and talks the spectators thru each move, inspiring everybody to continue and not give up.
He mixes his faith with his fitness experience to get even the most inactive folks off the sofa and moving their bodies. The Tae Bo series continued with Tae Bo vocational training camp. These DVDs are supposed to mix resistance bands with cardio boxing moves to ramp up your fitness level. The routines are demonstrated slowly and then you move quicker for fitness.
Tae Bo also has a series titled Tae Bo Amped. These series of routines employ a weighted resistance bar to add weight to the workout for muscle building. With any of the workout programs you get, there's an eating plan included to maximise results. Tae Bo workouts don't use professional fitness trainers, but real folk, to show the workout.
