How do I make a Model Building for science fair?

I need to make a Model House for science fair. It has to use almost the same materials as a real building. It has to be big enough for 2 stories and I will be putting stuff in it to test insulation?
Any ideas on how to build a house like this?

to actually make a frames constructed building would be quite involved. I would recommend building layered panels, with a similar 'R' value. a layer of 1/8 inch plywood, then plastic sheet (vapor barrier) and then some styro foam 'R-11" I think that is 2" then dry wall board spaced off with 1/4" trim. This would have a total R-value of about 19 which is similar to modern construction in the Northeast of the US.
